OPEN PLAN LIVING
Designed with an emphasis on generosity of space and natural light, the open plan living areas of all apartments have been designed to flow out to the courtyards and balconies enabling seamless indoor/outdoor living.
The interiors of the kitchen and living areas are subtle and robust using high quality materials including timber and natural stone, complemented by feature tiling. To achieve a streamlined aesthetic kitchens are equipped with electric Fisher & Paykel appliances.

AT LYONS PLACE
Lyons Place was borne out of a vision to capture the pleasures of an inner-city lifestyle without the maintenance of a traditional home.
Central to this idea was bringing elements of luxury into apartment living through generosity of space, quality of finishes and considered design detail. The penthouses at Lyons Place are the cornerstone to this vision.

CONSIDERED DESIGN
Double or triple aspect living was an important design characteristic for all penthouses, enabling the interiors of homes to breathe, increasing natural light and offering a consistent connection to the surrounding landscape.
Blurring the boundary between inside and out, planting is integrated within private balconies and terraces utilising planters and pergolas to enhance outdoor lounge and dining areas. From within, the landscaping will filter and frame the views to the Ballarat CBD and beyond.
MASTER SUITES
The penthouse master suites feature ensuite bathrooms with a double vanity and contemporary tapware. A sizeable free-standing tub is the hero of this space for moments of relaxation. All master suites are complete with either a walk-in-robe or an extensive collection of storage and hanging space.
